Steps: Cast Heat Shimmer targeting a creature. With Heat Shimmer on the stack, cast Dualcaster Mage. When it ETBs, target Heat Shimmer with its ability, copying Heat Shimmer. Resolve a copy of Heat Shimmer. creating a copy of Dualcaster Mage with haste. When the token copy ETBs, target Heat Shimmer with the ETB, copying Heat Shimmer. Repeat from step 4 for infinite Dualcaster Mages with haste.
