Because Oketra's my second-favourite Magic character behind Niv-Mizzet and, after re-reading the Amonkhet stories, I wanted to build a deck around her. The game plan is to create 4/4 Vigilant Zombie tokens, using either cheap utility creatures like Grand Abolisher or self-bouncing creatures like Whitemane Lion to do it over and over again.

The deck wants to win the old-fashioned way through combat damage, so I've included some ways to help force the damage through like Eldrazi Monument and Akroma's Memorial. Alternatively, Wrath of God style effects plus Flawless Maneuver is a good way to clear the board while leaving Oketra's army intact.

The deck's rounded out with White good stuff like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite to pump my tokens, Smothering Tithe and Nyx Lotus for some mana ramp, and card draw from Skullclamp, Idol of Oblivion (since I should be making tokens most turns) and Endless Atlas. There's also a cheeky little Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista combo in there - no tutors or anything to get them both at the same time, but it's a fun combo when it happens.

I've been playing it against my friends on Cockatrice while waiting for the physical cards to arrive (and for lockdown to be over...), and I'm really enjoying it :) Any feedback is appreciated!
