This is an extremely casual build that spawned from me being bored and thinking about how much I love modal spells before asking myself, "what if i built a deck where every card is some kind of modal spell?"

The deck features everything from the classic Charms and Commands, to some more unusual cards like Splits and Adventures, and even some stranger choice-related mechanics like Tribute, or the powerhouse Confluences. Even the Commander has a modal ability!

All in all, this leads to a fun deck to pilot, as every card in your hand has flexibility and variance to them, that while you might not win every game, you might just have the answer to stop someone else from winning.

Please let me know what you think of this silly build :^)
