Reanimation deck based on taking advantage of the surveil mechanic (a.k.a. "the better scry") to filter cards into your graveyard and use Mirko, as well as a suit of efficient reanimation spells, to cheat out big threats and value pieces early and relentlessly. Interaction and protection pieces have to be played conservatively, as Mirko is important for the deck to go at full speed all the time. Overall, a toolboxy approach to dimir reanimator which aims to control the game slowly and outvalue you opponents to the win.
