For the 3 months I've been wondering about a couple things in this game. First, I considered what combination of keywords I personally would like to have on a card. There's so many combinations of evergreens, and niches to exploit, or maybe I look at it from whimsical space: just have fun saying "well my creature has snorp. So you can't do smearble." I thought about flanking for a while, there's definitely something there, but that's not this deck. My opinion: Vigilance, First strike, Menace. Second I wanted the Commander to be Naya. Not data driven, just vibes on those colors providing good flow for permanent protection, and I like green and red.

I don't wanna do a big write up on this. The commander is Atla Palani, but she vigilance, menace, and first strike, but Sire does, and if I keep the creature count low, maybe I find it sooner than later?
