Rionya, Fire Dancer
Legendary Creature — Human Wizard
At the beginning of combat on your turn, create X tokens that are copies of another target creature you control, where X is one plus the number of instant and sorcery spells you've cast this turn. They gain haste. Exile them at the beginning of the next end step.

RambIe I updated the mana rocks so all I have are 0,1 and 2 cmc. The additions being Chrome Mox and Jeweled Lotus . Also added additional ramp with Birgi, God of Storytelling Flip and Treasonous Ogre . Lastly I added a Plan B. I have Rionya, Fire Dancer , thanks to the suggestion of seshiro_of_the_orochi, this card really complements the deck and still stays in theme with spells and extra combat. I also have two creatures to give me extra combat so I can get maybe two combats per attack. Let me know your thoughts on it.

I saw your thread regarding a win con. I have no actual idea regarding this, unfortunately. But have you considered Irencrag Feat ? I realize it produces some very weird turns where you would't want to attack with Velo, but there's no easier way to get that much mana with one spell. Jeska's Will and Seething Song could do similar things for you.
After finishing the post, I had an idea for a win con: Helm of the Host seems pretty powerful if you manage to get multiple combat phases, which is a thing I imagine the deck to be able to. It would even go infinite with Aurelia, and even without her, getting one or additional Velos per turn seems fine. In that vein, Rionya, Fire Dancer could be cool.

Oversimplify: I think everyone here knows my feelings on these kind of effects at this point.
Ruxa, Patient Professor: Cute, even if I never personally cared about vanilla tribal.
Fractal Harness: It's neat that the pseudo-Living Weapon part is basically optional since the token will be dead on arrival if you go with X = 0. Obviously another toy for Skullbriar, the Walking Grave . If I got it right, this will trigger Ezuri, Claw of Progress regardless of the value of X, which makes it extra neat for him
Theoretical Duplication: Oof. I doubt you'll get more than one batch of tokens out of this, but basically silencing all Creature spells (and Creature cheating) after the first thing you plagiarize is pretty good too. Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer got another toy in addition to Rionya, Fire Dancer
Spawning Kraken: This could have been a seafood commander in its own right, which makes me think that's something they're going to release relatively soon
Replication Technique: This seems way better than Creative Technique ; you can come to an agreement over what's copied, making it way more predictable
Perplexing Test: Brudiclaaaaad
Deekah, Fractal Theorist: Meh. Slightly more expensive Talrand, Sky Summoner that forces you to keep track of a lot of dice
Esix, Fractal Bloom: Spooky art; more what I had in mind when I heard about the creature type. Anyway, Avenger of Zendikar obviously curves nicely from this, probably intentionally so. Note that it doesn't restrict you to copying just your own creatures.

Hey CaptainToll! Yes the new spoilers are looking awesome.
Cursed Mirror will always be a relevant card and just copying the best creature on the board is awesome for 3 mana. Purphy B. costing 5 cmc makes the normal use of Cursed Mirror still relevant as it allows us to play Purphy B. on turn 4.
Ruin Grinder also seems good, especially because of its versatility with mountain cycling. And it's an artifact. Having an optional wheel though is kind of a bummer. Forcing a new hand for the opponents is always better. Funnily enough, the mountain cycling makes me want to include this guy, the other features of the card are kind of replaceable (there are a few other creatures with build in wheel effects and some with even better evasion). Granted, those other options like Dragon Mage or Runehorn Hellkite cannot be abused with Goblin Welder and others but this bonus is unfortunately not that likely because there aren't enough graveyard-artifact shenanigans in red. Having the wheel effect as a die-trigger can be troublesome. It is not that unlikely, that you need a new hand and that you also have the mana to hardcast Ruin Grinder but hardcasting him won't trigger the wheel. Also, in the rare case that you really need a new hand on your own turn, you can only profit partially from the wheel the turn you play Ruin Grinder, because you would get the new hand earliest at your endstep. My point is: it is hard to wheel before you start your own turn to maximize the impact of your new hand. The only way to do so with Ruin Grinder is to cheat this card into play in the second main of your right opponent so that it will die on their endstep. But then you miss out the damage and you actually played an instant, optional wheel for 2R, which seems.... still good? considering all the other aspects of the card. Definitely needs testing^^
Rionya, Fire Dancer is interesting, this card has its advantages compared to Flameshadow Conjuring . However, costing 5 mana just like Purphy B. really hurts because given the choice, it is usually better to play your commander. Being a creature is the most neck breaking feature, at least in my meta. Many board wipes (even in my own list), sacrifice effects etc.

Fiery Encore only hitting permanents seems kinda weird for its cost, even if there's ways to convert it into player damage
Ruin Grinder kinda look like something out of Pacific Rim, and I hate it slightly more for it
