Hello, guys, I am building a commander deck for Urza. If you guys could give any card suggestions, cards I should remove, etc. that would be really helpful. Also, do artifact creatures tap for mana due to Urza's ability, or do they have to wait a turn if they have summoning sickness? For example, say Urza is cast so a construct comes out. Can I tap it for mana that turn or do I have to wait until summoning sickness is over?
