So this was another precon, maybe a little recognisable as Chaos incarnate, a couple pieces are still here but otherwise the game plan has completely changed.

We're going from, staying out of combat with goad and killing with drain, to all out combat, make treasure, pay for splashy spells and win by getting Rowan's crazy cost reductions.

Ideally the main way to win is lose a ton of life, cast exanguinate and job done, but there's hopefully enough there to keep you in the fight if you don't find the win con too quickly.

Want to keep this one fairly casual, no crazy tutor combos or anything like that, it's not gonna be super streamlined. Rakdos is all about chaos and carnage so the deck should reflect that, keeping the random and chaotic feel at the heart of edh. I hope you like it and feel free to post any ideas!
