This is my best take on Geralf. This deck attempts to make big dudes let all the other players kill themselves and hopefully then try to overwhelm the last opponent. Gerald though is a shitty EDH commander and Blue is never suppose to mess with it's yard so this deck will most likely loose about 90% of the time. People might underestimate it and it "might" squeak out a win, but to be honest I had to try really hard to find cards to put in. Even if I had an extra $200 to spend on this deck I don't even think I could make it any better then it already is.

Cards I would add but put me over budget

The other Ulamog, Staff of Domination, Flooded Strand and Jace, MS

Adding these would fill in a few of the gaps and give me one more shuffle effect and fill out the curve slightly better but over all the deck doesn't need them. In mono blue though doing what Geralf is trying to do is just not going to happen in a decent meta with even slightly decent decks. I had fun creating this and hope to put it together soon just so I have a commander nobody plays plus I like him as a Magic character so you get brownie and flavor points for having the balls to run this guy.
