Retract has much improved speed of the deck, I was able to Mill-out in 5-7 turns in my play tests now (sometimes I manged to get Laboratory Maniac out sometimes he needed to be discarded by Riddlesmith's effect and I couldn't get a Conjurer's Bauble to save him. On game I had 2 Riddlesmiths out and needed to draw and discard 16 off one repel..

Mox Opal is the star of this deck, you float mana and bounce with Repel and build up to cast lab or Paradoxical Outcome to continue the combo. extra artifact lands will get pitched to keep more valuable items.

I think Obsessive Search should be a card to consider, we can pitch and pay madness cost to still net a card which helps keep fuel. Now that there is more creatures maybe reduce the number of Paradoxical Outcome to 2 (you don't want to draw into it without having 2 or more Mox Opals out) and try adding Scapegoat now that the creature count has increased.

Flusterstorm is pretty bad in EDH except in the highest tiers, TBH. I have a copy and I'm struggling to find a deck for it.

Looking at your description, here are some things that might interest you: Anchor to the Aether, Chronostutter, Ether Well, Forced Retreat, Grasp of Phantoms, Griptide, Metamorphose, Repel, Spin into Myth, Submerge, Sweep Away, Temporal Eddy, Whisk Away. There are also a million Control Magic effects, though they usually center around 5 mana (Mind Control, Treachery, Spirit Away, Volition Reins, etc).

You might also want a Braids, Conjurer Adept in here. It should help you get some of those big fatties out of your hand.

Happy deckbuilding! :)

And you could add Repel on side, because you can target annoying creatures that will never attack or block, or even Totally Lost for enchantments and artifacts, doing everything at instant speed
