A relatively simple plan of attack:

1) T1 pump out a cheap cat.

2) T2 swing for 4-5, popping out more cats or pumping with artifacts.

3) Rinse and repeat with a growing army of cats until your opponent is dead.

The rest of the deck either pumps the cats or protects them from removal. Not particularly worried about what the opponent is doing, as long as you can keep pumping out cats and keep them on the field. With Duel Commander down to 20, this is just a race to the finish line.
