Silumgar is my favorite of the broodleaders in FRF, I've been wanting to build a U/B commander deck for a while but the commander choices were all completely unappealing. Then Silumgar showed up.

U/B has a reasonable number of decent dragons, as well as the clones, card-draw, and recursion to make that reasonable number enough to build a deck around.
