Gonna be honest, I entirely made this deck to counter an Edgar Markov epidemic with an old MTG crew I used to hang out with - four of them all had the Edgar Markov deck and it was NOT fun to play against. So this deck was designed to remove all of their cards as fast as possible and make them lose without dealing much direct damage.

Mill everything, Library of Leng allows cards to be discarded back to the library, and there's at least one infinite combo in here to mill everything from someone's library instantly and then sit back and smirk. Wonder is my main counter for flying creatures - discard it into the graveyard or kill it purposefully early on, and now all the creatures have flying. Vizier of Many Faces is an instant copy for either Fleet Swallower - now your opponent loses three quarters of their deck when both attack - or any big beasties on the opponent's side that can either generate tokens or be large and in charge.

This is my most competitive-possible deck I have. It sucks, but hey, it's fairly budget for what it is, especially when you consider my Liliana of the Veil is the OG Innistrad one that I got from a booster pack forever ago.
