I have a guide/repository for card-draw cards if you want to peruse it. You may find some cards with more synergies that you like. Weight of Memory can be decent for self-mill strategies, etc. EDH Card-Draw Master List

As for cuts... let's see...

I don't love Forgotten Creation, personally. I always felt like I had non-creatures I wanted to keep in my hand all the time. Your deck is a bit more creature-heavy than mine, so perhaps it's pulling its weight.

You have the necessary components for Gravecrawler combos, but not a ton of tutors to make them reliable to get out. As such, perhaps one of the weaker payoffs for that can go, such as Vengeful Dead or Plague Belcher. If you're using Buried Alive to find the pieces then you'll only ever need one, and Diregraf Captain is an excellent choice. That said, your deck is fairly token-heavy so perhaps the incidental groupslug is being underappreciated by me.

I don't really love Ancient Excavation or Compelling Deterrence.

Personally I think Endless Ranks of the Dead is a bit of a trap unless you're all-in on the token strategy, such as a Ghoulcaller Gisa or Sidisi, Brood Tyrant zombie deck. Very fun, but a bit win-more unless you can really make it pop off. I've never been satisfied with it's performance in my deck, but you're going wider than I do so perhaps it's fine. Something to think about though.

It all kind of depends on how much you're self-milling. You have a decent amount, but you aren't exactly going all-in. As such, Grimoire of the Dead may be a liability. I have played around with that card in some of my decks and it just seems to get removed before it works. When it did I usually won the game, though. It's fun, but unreliable. Rise of the Dark Realms is obviously more reliable but it's very pricey.

I never found the self-mill in my deck as useful as regular card-draw. There's not a ton of point to have 15 zombies in the graveyard if you only want to cast one or two of them over and over. There are payoffs, of course, but to me it feels like being in the middle-ground is way worse than being all-in or having minimal self-mill. I just hate milling over answers or Rooftop Storm!

I don't think you're running enough to make Nightscape Familiar worth it.

Honestly, I don't love Havengul Lich a ton. The color restriction makes it hard to use and you have lots of ways to bring out your own zombies already. He's better in a more mill-your-opponents strategy IMO.

Tymaret Calls the Dead is a bit of a weaker card. Exiling your own zombies is a bit of a non-bo (unless your self-mill strategy is really rolling). The lifegain can be nice but I'd rather run Whip of Erebos if that's the goal, or a better card-draw card if that's the goal.

I know you're looking for non-wheel card draw. I don't love cantrips in EDH unless there is a number-of-spells-matters effect in play but they can smooth out a deck a bit. Ponder , Preordain , Portent , Sleight of Hand , Serum Visions , etc. The sweet spot in around 3-5 CMC for me, ideally drawing CMC -1 but there aren't a ton of spells that efficient. I don't love Divination in EDH (2 for 3) but it's the gold-standard in 60-card decks for a quickie hand refill. There are tons of efficient cards like Divination too.

There are a ton of "draw 3, discard 1" for 4 or 5 mana, which are okay. Sift , Trial of Knowledge , and Amass the Components , for example. Many are costed for being commons, which isn't where you wanna be in EDH. There should be plenty of good, efficient cards to draw from though. At the same time, you have a lot of great high-CMC draw, like Consecrated Sphinx and Thought Reflection, so having a few Divination effects might smooth out your draws.

Some suggestions: Concentrate , Windfall , Cathartic Reunion , Plea for Power , Tidings , Nin, the Pain Artist , Finale of Revelation , Mind Spring , Braingeyser , Stroke of Genius , Blue Sun's Zenith , Fact or Fiction , Chart a Course , Ugin's Insight , Treasure Cruise , Dig Through Time , Kumena's Awakening , Fevered Visions , Honden of Seeing Winds , Reverse Engineer , Read the Runes , Precognitive Perception , Distant Memories , Arcane Encyclopedia , Endless Atlas , Trail of Evidence , Theft of Dreams , Borrowing 100,000 Arrows , Nezahal, Primal Tide , Kefnet the Mindful , Cavalier of Gales , Combustible Gearhulk , Thassa, God of the Sea , Shared Discovery , Secrets of the Golden City , Vivisection , Weight of Memory , Recurring Insight , Breakthrough , Niv-Mizzet, Parun , Deep Analysis , Gush , Invoke the Firemind , Expansion / Explosion , Chandra, Flamecaller , Dragon Mage , Wild Guess , Tormenting Voice , Arch of Orazca , Runehorn Hellkite , Conqueror's Galleon  Flip, Kraum, Ludevic's Opus , Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist , Commune with Lava .

I like the deck but I would consider taking out Weight of Memory and replace it with Patient Rebuilding

Thanks Legendary_penguin_of_death! I'll give those suggestions a try and see how it goes. Something you'll notice though is that you have a lot more flexibility to play sorceries with Emergence Zone in the deck. Still, in the early game you'll be holding Jace's Triumph and Weight of Memory since you can't risk letting your guard down and you don't have enough land yet anyway. In the end I think instant-speed draw is the right call.

hmmm maybe I would add more card draw. Maybe drop the Weight of Memory for another River's Rebuke and Overflowing Insight.

The vod. arcanist could be replaced by another Omnispell Adept and perhaps more Patient Rebuilding. In the sideboard, Negate is better than Unwind i have found.

This looks pretty decent so far, I do recommend some chagnges. Running more card draw is key when its the pretty much the base of your best mill. Im talking about Psychic Corrosion. Things like Weight of Memory and Chart a Course are good ways to get to Psychic corrosion. Also I would add maybe 2-4 more lands, and different ones too like Zhalfirin Void which is criminally underplayed. I would also consider running a playset of Opt and Mist-Cloak Herald and to combo with mistcloak herald, either Curious Obsession or Rogue's Gloves.

With Naru Meha, Master Wizard in the deck I'd replace the Siren's Ruse with Release to the Wind it's a bit more costly but does the same thing but can target something your opponent has in a pinch and most fun of all can instantly mill out your opponent with Drowned Secrets. Also personally I'd prefer replacing things like Weight of Memory and Patient Rebuilding with some counters such as Syncopate, Essence Scatter to help keep from being overrun by creatures in the early game.

Weight of Memory is killer with Drowned Secrets and Psychic Corrosion. I've tried running a similar deck in mono blue, and overall it was just too slow outside of landing a perfect curve. I would recommend more jump-start card draw to replace Bone to Ash and maybe Blink of an Eye instead of all the Unexplained Disappearance or Disperse. More card draw will inevitably speed up the process with Psychic Corrosion.
