So I made a spicy EDH deck. I designed it with the idea of having every spell being both red and green. I was inspired by a flavorful old card Urza's Filter. The only cards that are not both red and green in the casting cost are Gruul Signet and the aforementioned filter. This deck is not competitive, but it plays well in a casual environment. Boartusk Leige gives all of your non-token creatures +2 +2 which seems really strong. It has a lot of play to it. The idea when I was making it was to mill cards from the top before the game started to select a commander because there are 13 of them. I don't think any are particularly stronger than the others. Sure Rosheen Meanderer isn't the best commander but even she has a lot of play. The deck has a few major weaknesses. It does not have many card advantage sources if any. It makes it really hard to recover from board wipes. Another problem is that without Sol Ring and cards like Cultivate the deck starts off slowly. One more thing is the reason I am not playing Sarkhan Vol is because I feel like the deck is strong without him and my local store does not have one. I also actively go against Dragon Broodmother because I usually play with friends and this deck was not made to be super competitive anyway.
