Looks great! One more thought: You probably really only need one Seismic Assault. Having both in hand means nothing and you won't have much land left in your deck to discard anyway. Maybe Gruul Guildmage or Hammer of Purphoros to sac them instead.

This deck is totally EDH illegal... There is a color identity rule. You can only use colors your commander has. Your elf only has Green color identity so you are allowed only green and colorless cards in your deck. Cards like Gruul Guildmage(example as red/green mix symbol) is not legal, nor is Shaman of the Pack, or even cards like Academy Ruins(used as mana symbol in ability is out of color isentity). You can only use Green cards whereas Zurgo Helmsmasher can use only Black, Red, White cards. Make sense? I would give other feedback but right now a good 1/3 your deck is illegal.
