Sideboard

We want to take our time, using tutors and draw/discard spells to set up the graveyard, generate some spirits, and remove key threats until we can resolve and protect Quintorious and try to end the game in one fell swoop by recurring powerful non-creature spells. Quintorious also allows us to recycle draw/discard spells to dig deeper into the deck.

The primary combo for the deck is that Quintorius lets us cast Worldfire for 3 mana once it's in our bin so how do we win off that?

1) Resolve Worldfire with Outpost Siege on dragons with at least 3 creatures to ping each opponent down to 0.

2) Resolve Worldfire with Guardian of Faith or Teferi's Protection to keep Quintorius or any other creatures alive to attack down each opponent once the dust settles.

3) Resolve Worldfire or Decree of Annihilation with Barren Glory or Near-Death Experience under our own Oblivion Ring lets us win on our next upkeep.

Approach of the Second Sun is easy to cast with Quintorius and all our draw/discard effects will accelerate us towards drawing it a second time. Just remember to cast it from hand on the second time to win the game.

Storm Herd creates a deadly pegasus threat in the sky that will run over our opponents.

Insurrection turns the whole board to our side for an alpha strike to topple multiple players at once.

Martyr's Bond is a control piece to keep creature's off the board and pressure against us low

City on Fire and Legion Loyalty support the various methods of creature beatdown to ensure that we are killing players in a reasonable amount of time.

This deck aims to offer a unique take on boros by focusing on being highly interactive and revolving around managing the spells in the graveyard and the spirits on the board.

Most of our wincons are over the top and aim to wipe the table all at once, so hopefully when we win, everyone gets to scoop together and go next game.

Once people have seen you kill the table off worldfire from an otherwise unassuming board, expect Quintorius and your graveyard to get a lot of hate and removal, don't just cast Quintorius the first chance you get.

ALSO BE CAREFUL OF CASTING WORLDFIRE WITHOUT THE COMBO SET UP! I can't recommend that you ever resolve worldfire without a way to immediately end the game. The social contract is important here, and only casting the game ending spells when you can end the game goes a long way to reduce the hatred people will feel towards the deck.

This iteration of the deck doesn't have or make many creatures, so expect to be on the receiving end of many easy attacks.

You can take this deck in a couple of directions.

Intangible Virtue, Balefire Liege, and Roar of Resistance lead the deck to focus on a go wide beatdown strategy.

card:Passionate Archeologist and Warstorm Surge push the deck towards a burn strategy with big spells.

Dragonstorm, any haste enabler, and a bunch of draw/discard spells lets you turn the deck into a pseudostorm deck that finishes with powerful dragons like Lathliss, Dragon Queen and Terror of the Peaks

Running Silence, Grand Abolisher and more of the white counterspells will make the deck much more resilient.

The sideboard is made up of some cards that I either am testing or want to run in the deck, but can't get my hands on.

I have more ways to produce spirits, since relying on Quintorious' ability can be dicey if they remove the spirit of we are forced to use them to block.

The extra protection spells help us survive wraths and removal. If Quintorious dies, we loose any spells exiled with him. We can fix that by exiling a Teferi's Protection and leaving his ability open to cast it, but I'm also looking at adding Clever Concealment and Galadriel's Dismissal which both have the added benefit of working with the Worldfire combo. The counterspells are there to keep our stuff alive or delay problematic cards long enough for us to go off.

The Loot category is really just card advantage, so I added some other/alternate spells that I will test.
