Commander: Kami of the Crescent Moon

This is my mono-blue good stuff deck. The reason I chose kami for my general is that I need some politics to keep me alive early on. After that, I can win with any number of cards.

If you feel that you know of a good blue edh card that isn't here and should be, please let me know. If you do, it is very nice if you can suggest what to replace it with.

Cards that I'm not sure about:

Rhystic Study: amazing card, but I wonder if I already have enough card draw

Cards that I would like to find room for:

Glen Elendra Archmage: all-around awesome creature

Tidespout Tyrant: very powerful effect and a decent beater

Equilibrium : it's good, but do I have enough creatures to justify it?

Last night I played a 3-person game against both a zur deck and a kaalia deck. Of course, those being some of the most powerful generals ever, I anticipated a quick loss on my part. Surprisingly though, this deck had all the answers. Neither general ever got to attack. Eventually I drew into Hinder and Spell Crumple (luckily both were in the top half of my deck) and put their generals on the bottom of their libraries, where they stayed for the rest of the game. I then dropped G-J and he stuck (also known as I default win). This deck is getting really good a lot faster than I thought it would.
