Mono Black Infect with some wither-like mechanics in terms of combat damage, some recursion.

This should do fine in multiplayer, but would perform better in a 1v1 scenario. I don't think I need to go into too much detail with skithiryx being the commander, but overall the goal is to give everyone enough poison counters to win. Hit the rat that gives everybody poison counters and proliferate from there, etc.
