Llawan is a great woman, a great octopus, a great person. Accordingly, a great general. This deck aims to prove this claim by giving her a set of 1cc artifacts as a toolbox, a set of sweet blue spells to draw cards and control the field, and a few nice threats and tricks to win with. Plus color-swapping, and we all know how good that is. No one gets madder than when they Terror Llawan only to find that Terror only works on nonblue creatures.

Basically, Llawan is a boardwipe that keeps the board wiped. Then she walks over and wins.
