PRIMER

When I saw Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger, I knew I had to build a Commander deck based on quickly eliminating my opponents's hands with asymetrical cards like Unnerve and Arterial Flow, while using symetrical cards like Oppression, Necrogen Mists and Bottomless Pit to fuel my graveyard to recast Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger.

Support cards like Liliana's Caress, Raiders' Wake, Painful Quandary and Megrim drain our opponents for each discards, while cards like Storm World and Wheel of Torture offer recurring payoffs for our opponents having small handsize

Because the decks focused on punishing our opponents by preventing them from having hands, wheel cards like Wheel of Misfortune, Wheel of Misfortune and Magus of the Wheel have been intentionally left out as they would replenish their hand rather than keep them low on cards. Some of the cards in the deck like Cunning Lethemancer and Delirium Skeins also dramatically reduces our own hand size. However, the deck is designed to impact our opponents worst than us in most cases. We also have the benifit of always having access to our commander from our graveyard by exiling discarded cards.
