This deck doesnt depend on its Mutate Mechanic, but its a nice extra. Illuna, Apex of Wishes and Auspicious Starrix give great card advantage, by putting the permanents directly into play. ETB card draw enchantments like Temur Ascendancy or Elemental Bond give the backup to never run out of cards to smack on the table, while playing fatties. Some fancy mutate targets like Cold-Eyed Selkie give the deck its finishing touch.
