I've recently made some modifications to my Elesh Norn Commander. I expect this will change once the new Phyrexian sets come out.

The main point of the deck is to ramp creatures and boost them up with Norn and wipe the board with her -2/-2 ability.

It's proven to be a pretty reliable commander deck, and I've been tinkering with it for a couple of years now.
