While I may not have the most expensive or competitive build, I find that my list is highly optimized for the meta I currently play in. I'm not a fan of playing control mono blue, but Baral is the only commander I can have at the helm. The goal of the deck is to stop the spells you need to stop and use Baral's loot effect until you can combo out with one of a few different ways. All of them end with Laboratory Maniac being the way you win, but the ways getting there are as follows: Enter the Infinite + Omniscience This one is pretty straight forward, you draw the entirety of your deck and cast Labman and draw two cards and win. Mind Over Matter with either Azami, Lady of Scrolls or Temple Bell. The last way involves Future Sight with Helm of Awakening and Sensei's Divining Top. This combo allows you to cast Top from the top of your deck for free and draw all of your deck, I utilize this whenever I have a few mana rocks or paradox engine with rocks on field to make infinite mana.
