So it seems that very few people play this commander combination, only 10 decks with it on edhrec at time of writing. Which seems odd to me, as Abdel here really benefits from undying, as long as you can tap him easily. Which isn't hard to do at all.

This deck, like most Abdel decks I assume, plans to set up a value engine with Abdel blinking out all our permanents consistently, then bringing them back in after letting him die or otherwise poof off the board. In this case, we use a combination of sacrifice abilities like Nasty End or Ashnod's Altar, and blink effects like Ephemerate or Conjurer's Closet to keep benefiting from the strong ETB effects we are using. As far as ways to tap Abdel, we can of course attack, or we can use the Field Surgeon and Honor-Worn Shaku effects to force him to tap. Once he dies and comes back, we need a way to remove the +1/+1 counter to be able to do it again next turn, or later this same turn. That is where blink effects come in super handy. It is also where cards like Fain, the Broker and Solemnity shine. Once you have a consistent way to get stuff coming in and out with Abdel, all you need is some relevant ETB triggers like Ayara, First of Locthwain or even Ichor Wellspring to begin to move the game to a close.

Combos Show

This deck was built with one intentional infinite combo, and no way to search up the pieces from the 99; Animate Dead + Abdel Adrian. However, testing has revealed several other unintended infinites. Starting with both Abdel Adrian and Haunted One in play, have one each of the following categories. Each category has the cards in it listed in decreasing order of preference.

Tapper

A way to tap Abdel repeatedly.

These prevent the undying counter from being an issue

Sacrifice

A way to kill Abdel, and get him back to the board with unding.

3. Teysa, Orzhov Scion - This is the least preferred sacrifice outlet, as it requires both targets and additional creatures to sacrifice. As long as you generate 3 or more tokens per loop it will be fine, just sacrifice Abdel and 2 tokens, Then target the third.

Execute the Loop

With all Pieces on board, tab Abdel. Sacrifice him to one of the outlets mentioned. When he dies, everything that was exiled with him returns. resolve those triggers, then the undying trigger. Remove the +1/+1 counter if needed. Repeat.

If not using Solemnity, you will need a tapper or sacrifice outlet that generates (black) mana, and Hex Parasite also requires a way to gain 2 or more life per loop.

Payoff

A way to actually kill everyone once you have the loop going. This loop gets you infinite token and non-token creature etb's, as well as death triggers. The actual execution of the loop varies slightly with the payoff, some need to be blinked, others need to stay on the board. There is no particular preference one way or the other.

3. Gonti, Lord of Luxury - This is the least preferred Payoff, as it does not immediately kill everyone else, they'll die in their draw steps. Odds are good though that something in someone's library will be able to kill everyone, though.

Note: Once I settled on the decklist I have here, I realized the costs and mana generation distribution were exactly 50/50 white/black. I want to keep it this way, so when suggesting changes, please keep this in mind.
