This a deck i made because it seemed like fun to restrict myself to budget and as a example you if don't have to spend hundreds of dollars you can still make a interesting deck.

This deck is SLOW like really slow but you can do some crazy big plays and it's a ton of fun but since it's slow you really don't don't want to make yourself a target in any way so as well as it's a really fragile deck so don't just slam you ashnod's altar because you have the mana free you might want to run a elixir of immortality because there's not many ways to get it back if you do same goes for conspiracy.

As far as combo the only one infinite combos I've found and it's janky as hell which being reassembling skeleton, ashnod's altar, carnival of souls and blood artist/zulaport cutthroat

Another cool combo is sidisi, ashnod, carnival, ever after, and another creature of our choice such as deadbridge Sharman overseer of the dammed garry this could also be infinite if you have deathgreeter

There's a lot of ways to generate lots of value I've had fun finding them so far hope this list helps
