Bunch of free casting from Narset, no big deal. I want to cast her as early as possible then use instants and combat to continuously increase my board state making me difficult to take out. I've put in artifacts that can be used for mana that way even if Narset gets blown up, if I happen to hit Thran Dynamo then I can recast her easily during the second main phase. If I have to cast her more than twice, however, I don't believe I'll win due to not having haste. You could say include it, but I think it's more fun to wait a turn with a 3/2 first strike hexproof creature for a block and then swing in with unrelenting attacks. You do free cast with her ability, but I wanted low cost instants that can outdamage a blocking creature when necessary. Indestructible is a weakness to the deck and I would need to rely on giving her flying, menace, or indestructible. I've included instants that remove artifacts as that is the source of the ability within my playgroup.
