This is the best draw deck I have ever personally built. Depending on your hand, the game can be over before it even really begins for your opponent.

Basically you just counter everything your opponent throws at you and play Venser's Journal, Spellbook, Reliquary Tower, and/or Graceful Adept so you have no max hand size. Then just play some big guys like Sturmgeist that get their power from your hand size and start playing Prime Speaker Zegana. You will draw like crazy! Whenever you come across Deadeye Navigator or Conjurer's Closet play it and start blinking Prime Speaker Zegana. Play Laboratory Maniac as soon as possible and then just draw your deck out for the win.

(Side note: If you want to play more offensive, add Terastodon, Peregrine Drake, Acidic Slime, and Venser, Shaper Savant.)
