This is kind of a budget deck based around the Power of creatures. SO of course, I picked the highest power budget commander I could find. Deck is pretty straightforward. Use power based cards that use the 18 power Yargle has to either draw, do damage, add mana, or tokens. Disciple of Bolas helps you draw. Ram Through can deal damage to an opponent. And Ruthless Technomancer adds treasures. Doubling power or adding 3 power is also a subtheme to make Yargle a one hit kill
