This Jarad build focuses on getting a big backyard as soon as possible, and then melting lifetotals with Jarad's sacrifice ability.
Instead of focusing on a single combo, there are lots of cards that work well with each other. I won't spell out each iteration of all the combo pieces, but you're ready to close the game when you've got something like the following:

Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and
Lord of Extinction + Sheoldred, Whispering One Allows recurring sacrifice of one of the potentially largest creatures.
Golgari Grave-Troll + Whip of Erebos Whip gives Jarad lifelink, and the Grave-Troll recurs itself while getting larger each time.
Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief + Illusionist's Bracers With Drana equipped, automatically get double X bonuses, swing, and then equip Jarad, and sacrifice Drana for double X to the face. Mana intense, but a strong combo that will likely end the game.
Earlier game combos:

Grave Pact + Birthing Pod Get ever more powerful creatures while weakening your opponent's board state.
Eternal Witness + Meren of Clan Nel Toth Endless graveyard recursion. Eventually at zero mana.
Doomed Necromancer + Skullclamp Draw two and get your choice of reanimation targets.
