Where fights break out in the streets, where disease and squalor spread, where your reputation is only as good as you make it, where the only way to survive is to make sure someone else doesn't.

Watching over it all is a demon. He has no interest in protecting the city under the city, only ensuring that nobody crawls up to his level. And if someone even thinks of challenging his supremacy, his punishment comes quickly and stays forever.

Aside from Lord Xander, this deck doesn't use any creatures, not even tokens. (Yeah, Ravenform's in here, but you're probably not going to be using it on yourself that much.) To protect itself, it can either shut down attacks or just kill everything. AEther Flash + Death Pits of Rath makes things go away fast along with Vile Consumption and Pendrell Mists. And there's a good selection of control for noncreature stuff, too. The win condition here is more or less Chandra, Awakened Inferno and a pile of chip damage, with a side of Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God. Suggestions for better win conditions, and improvements in general, are welcome, as are any other comments, questions, or general musings.

It probably needs more draw power. Is there too much spot removal?

Is Bloodchief Ascension worth it? Does it need more support? Ways to force 2 life loss without relying on opponent: Court of Ire, Boltwave, Chandra, Awakened Inferno (2x emblem), Maestros Charm, Lightning Bolt. 3 out of 5 of those are single use.
