-1/-1 Theme! This uses every proliferate card in these colors, along with quite a few infect and wither creatures. A few ways to move counters as well as untap Skeleton Ship means that there will be MANY -1/-1 counters flying around the field.

The only weakness of Skeleton Ship itself is that it isn't a guarantee that I'll get an island, so I might eventually think about putting in all the blue fetchlands, but I'll see how the deck does without it if possible.
