The white is the mozzarella, the red is the pepperoni.

Jokes aside, I wanted to make a Boros deck in Commander. However, I was pretty disappointed by the Commanders I had to choose from. One day, I was looking at my collection and saw Ramos, and thought, well, if I just ignore the other colors, it's basically "If I play 5 spells, I get 10 mana, right?"

Storm already fits well into red, and hatebears allow me to drag the game out until I'm ready to storm. The wincon is to destroy a ton of lands using storm cards, and then beat them down with the hatebears from there. Though certain cards like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben also hinder us heavily, I decided (at least for now) that preventing opponents' infinite combos was invaluable and irreplaceable.

Suggestions are highly appreciated. I want to see if I can eventually make the deck somewhat competitive. Hatebear and storm decks (separately) have proven successful in the past, however, this deck does a lot of strange things which I'm hoping will return favorably. (And yes, I know that currently the way to build Ramos optimally is considered to be Charms, but you never find out if you never try.) (This deck is meant to be somewhat budget, so please no extremely expensive suggestions.) Lastly, thank you for reading.
