Based on a 4+ player game.

Use the cheaper instants and sorceries to cause 1 or 2 points of damage to get Rakdos out as fast as you can.

If you're lucky you've got the lightning greaves or whispersilk cloak on the field already to move him out of sight from anyone who tries to remove him and then on the next turn smash the weakest opponent there to cause maximum damage and play a huge creature for nothing or at least just their coloured cost. War elemental should come out as fast as possible after Rakdos to move the attention away from the commander and just continue to smash your creatures into people enabling the bigger colourless eldrazi and colossuses to be dumped down in the second main phase.

There should be enough 'free pain' creatures like the inferno titan, magmatic force, heartless hidestugu and ob nixilis to help bring rakdos back if someone's able to destroy/exile him, either by tapping, laying land or just straight up attacking.

A great help to the massive creature is one of the smaller ones- legion loyalist. He's awesome if you're sending over enough (now trampley) eldrazi and should really be kept in hand and safe until the right moment to attack.

there's also the X cost spells like earthquake and exsanguinate which for 5-6 mana will give you all the free casting you need... breath of malfegor works aesomely too but just be careful to reserve a few red and black aside to be able to cast the coloured costs.

I'm considering adding some land destruction like myojin of infinite rage because after a certain point there's no cards in hand and everything you have is already down... but I think land destruction is a bit far for the casual player... not decided yet
