The gameplan is very simple:

1. Mulligan to get a hand with 2-3 land/ramp and an infect creature.

2. Mill/discard a card that will pump Vadrok, and/or play ramp.

3. Play an infect creature.

4. Play Vadrok and the best card in your graveyard, and attack someone who is open.

5. Play Chandra’s Ignition, Kediss, Soul’s Fire, Full Throttle, or combo with Aggravated Assault.

Cool play patterns:

Use Jeska’s Will to cast Vadrok then cast Jeska’s Will again for both modes

Cast Frantic Search with Vadrok and then cast something else

Equip Sword of Feast & Famine and then cast Vadrok in your postcombat main phase
