This my first attempted in playing mono blue. I have always avoided playing mono blue because I really hate control decks and this commander breaks away from that by turning little creatures into 8/8's even better if they have flying or can't be blocked. If you have any ideas on making this a bit better pls leave your suggestions in the comments.
