Started out as a novelty black and red timmers deck, and turned into a deck which turned out to be kinda nuts.

Kazarov's 7 mana value/CMC, and his activated ability costs 3 generic and a red, so this deck was definitely constructed with some backup plans. Since Commander Legends, Kaldheim and Strixhaven, the deck has seen some improvements, being able to make room for the necessary bits. In some ways, it can look dumb on paper, but I have seen the face of jank rakdos control, and it is one of maniacal laughter.
