This deck is, more or less, mono blue good stuff. "Storm decks aren't as efficient without red" people will say, but I think this deck works really well. Instead of explaining all all the cards in the deck, ill list off all the combos. The reason why Jace, Vryns Prodigy is the commander, is because he's a great draw engine, doesn't matter if he dies, and when he flips he can flashback, witch is really great. Like cast high tide, flashback high tide, go infinite with 3 mana.

Palinchron + ( High Tide or Gauntlet of Power or Caged Sun ) = infinite cast, infinite mana. So long as you have at least 6 land. Tap all your land, float 12. Cast Palinchron, float 5. Untap all land, float 15. Return Palinchron to hand, float 14. Your floating 2 additional mana every time.

( Great Whale or Peregrine Drake ) + ( Sakashima the Imposter or Mercurial Pretender ) + ( High Tide or Gauntlet of Power or Caged Sun ) = infinite cast, infinite mana. This combo is different for the exact scenario your in. For example, you will need 1 less land to combo if you had Great Whale plus Sakashima, vs Great Whale plus Mercurial.

Archaeomancer + Ghostly Flicker + ( Peregrine Drake or Great Whale or Pallinchron ) = infinite cast, infinite mana, infinite flickering (Create infinite mana, then just flick Archaeomancer with another creature to infinity flicker them.)

You got a combo now what?

Combos with Infinite/mana casting...

Aetherflux Reservoir = Infinite life, infinite damage.

Brain Freeze = Mill all the things.

Temporal Fissure = Restart the game for opponents.

Train of Thought = Infinite draw, draw till last card, get Laboratory Maniac , proceed to draw 1 card with the many draw spells in the deck.

Mind's Desire = Casting everything in your deck.

note: these combos are shortened, if you have Nykthos that taps for a lot of mana.

Combos with Infinite Flickering...

Mulldrifter = Infinite draw.

Sea Gate Oracle = Infinite Draw.

All the other spells in the deck, are either to help you get there, draw cards, control your opponents. All the clones are for you to float a shit ton of mana, or reuse your "enter the battlefield" effects, i.e. Mulldrifter. You do not have to win with the combos. Getting out Aetherflux Reservoir, goes a long way, without having to going infinite, casting 15-20 cards a turn is fine. Same with Mind's Desire, if you can storm it for 20, you're playing a fifth of your deck. Expropriate + Illusion of Choice = A lot of turns.
