Amazing deck! I only saw Tivit for the voting ability but you have made him so much more. I did notice you were a bit low on interaction, maybe you need to add some cards like Cyclonic Rift or Counterspell. Maybe Ballot Broker and Brago's Representative for additional artifacts or Grudge Keeper and Illusion of Choice to force the votes a single way. If your playgroup is ok with going infinite then I recommend putting in Time Sieve because it goes infinite with Tivit as long as you consistently flicker him back and fourth each turn and Deadeye Navigator because it also goes infinite with Tivit. Erdwal Illuminator is great because you will always get another clue if at least one person votes for evidence. More synergistic interaction may be something like Split Decision because you can all commonly agree to counter the bog bad spell or you could attempt to sway the vote and get the big bad spell allowing for more flexibility that the amazingly well-known Counterspell.

Looks fun! I would personally suggest Anguished Unmaking over Utter End (I prefer the lowered cost), and even in a voting deck Illusion of Choice seems very situational: maybe Swords to Plowshares or Reparations instead?

I wanted to add that for cards like this, they have a different template, meaning they have some effect referencing a draft and that part of them doesn't work outside it. An example of why these can't be used would be Pyretic Hunter, which you could then claim you'd drafted it 15th, making it a 15/15 menace for 5. But even realistically, how would you verify whatever number they chose?

That template is also the same as the conspiracy type of cards, like Weight Advantage and those cards are not allowed outside the conspiracy draft. So while gatherer site says Regicide etc are legal, anything you can't verify, can't be used. And then those cards with that template follow that logic.

And that's the biggest takeaway: the template will tell you if you should be considering using it or not. Conspiracy template= don't bother.

There are cards from the conspiracy sets that do work and those don't have the special template. I found out in mtgo that the "monarch" and "vote" mechanics work in normal games after having it played against me then verifying in the comprehensive rules. So cards like Jeering Homunculus, Skyline Despot, Illusion of Choice, Selvala's Stampede...those last 2 could be a pretty good combo.

ace247 thank you so much for your comments! Now for my arguments:

  1. Though Magister of Worth is quite nice, I think in this deck it would only work against me. First because it would be quite hard to convince the players to vote for condemnation (of course the circumstances might work in my favor, but it is a long shot). Also, I know I could just choose their votes with Illusion of Choice, but, again, that would be kind of a long shot. And, second, if grace gets chosen, since I don't have any powerful creatures in this deck, that, again, would only work against me. I believe this card is more useful in a real conspiracy deck, where you can mix the "will of the council" with other great cards.

  2. About Council's Judgment. I had to give it some thought, because this card is absolutely beautiful and useful, I'd love to put about 3 of them in the deck. But I had another issue to consider: price ($$). In my country (Brazil) this card costs about R$ 32 (minimum). Three of them, consequently, would cost around R$ 100,00 which, by comparison, is about 1/8 of a minimum wage around here. And since this deck already costs around R$ 120,00, it would basically double its price. Thus, why it is not in the deck. But I'll put it on the maybelist.

Thank you again!

Biovisionary doesn't seem that great considering that you have exactly one card that works well with it, Rite of Replication. Similarly Illusion of Choice seems pointless.
