The deck plays as a reanimator control deck, you got your counters, you got your removal and of course you got your graveyard spells, our main targets to reanimate would be Brainstealer Dragon, Elder Brain, Lord of the Void and Crabomination.

The theme here is to cast/gain control of the opponent's creatures, then gift those creatures to another opponent wich re-writes the "end of turn" clause of Overtaker, Chamber of Manipulation or the tapped restriction of Helm of Possession and Callous Oppressor, permanently exchanging control of so creature, this can be used as some sort of politics, promising opponent A best creature to opponent B in exchange for a favor.

Our commander also prevents creatures from being sacrificed like in Footsteps of the Goryo, Treacherous Urge or Minion Reflector and the +1/+1 counters effect let Cytoplast Manipulator to regain control of the creatures wich we can either use or give away again making them even bigger.
