Fairly simple-

Get Veyran out. There are many can trips, and cards that will draw you more cards. Then finally either win by Veyran's commander damage, or by the creature tokens created.

After a little bit of tinkering, I found some super cool combos, that most likely will win the game. I have not found any infinite combos, but many ways to create lots of mana, cards and then find win-conditions and have enough mana to play them.
