Based off of the pre-con political deck with edits to make it more painful to give someone creatures and deck wheeling. Added several "I Win" cards to reinforce the colonization theme of declaring victory and to add win conditions. Mainly used for local playgroup. Still editing. There are some preferred cards to add, but they cost too much, see side board for some side cards and wishlist cards.
