I know her second ability is ultra combo material with Persist. I don't like that. This is a casual reanimator deck.

The goal of the deck is to ramp to our Commander, discard the big nasty creatures, and then reanimate them on the following turn.

Cards like Zombify cost four mana, but I haven't included them because we'll generally cast a reanimation spell on the turn after we play our commander. So, five mana it is. These reanimation spells are also much better (Defossilize, etc).

The deck consists of lots of casual bombs like Angel of Despair and Ashen Rider.

Generally, the creatures of the deck enter and try to remove something, instead of just being badass hasters like Akroma, Angel of Wrath. In this spirit the deck has the seemingly underwhelming Highcliff Felidar. But it can destroy the opponents' three biggest creatures (bypassing Protection, Shroud, Hexproof or Ward).

Some synergies:

If you have defeated Invasion of Tolvada   and have The Broken Sky  , Mardu Siegebreaker's tokens will have lifelink (The battle can be defeated normally even if you have say Avacyn, Angel of Hope (not a "let's have fun today with my friends" card) on board. You control the permanent, it has indestructible, but it still loses its defense counters via damage.

Reanimate a big creature early by targeting an opponent's, with Lightning Axe or Bitter Triumph.

Feeling lucky? You can roll the dice by reanimating Trumpeting Carnosaur instead of your intended target. You may end up reanimating both.

Targets for the 2nd mode of What Must be Done: Angel of the Ruins, Kroxa and Kunoros, Linvala, the Preserver, Combustible Gearhulk, Noxious Gearhulk and Summon: Bahamut (plus Elspeth Conquers Death of course).

Necromancy can also be cast as an instant, so it synergises very well with Karmic Guide who has Echo and will hit the graveyard sooner or later. We just get more +1/+1 counters on the whole team this way.
