Giving mill a try for the first time ever. Thinking a cheap doubler in the command zone makes the strategy feasible now in EDH.

Trophy Mage, Tribute Mage and Trinket Mage hit all utility pieces. Recycled with Riptide Laboratory or Trusted Advisor. Trusted Advisor along with Bruvac the Grandiloquent can feed Persistent Petitioners advisor requirement.

Isochron Scepter has five strong targets: Brain Freeze is the best, Twincast swiss army knife Visions of Beyond efficient draw and Winds of Rebuke efficient/on-theme removal.

Retraced Image acts as ramp with 18% Snow-Covered Island and 10% Persistent Petitioners.

Extraplanar Lens is tech with snow-covered and Back to Basics is the only stax in the list because we can play around it so efficiently.

I'm considering adding Cursed Scroll since the % are so good. Urza's Saga and Trinket Mage gurantee consistency.

Nexus of Fate is built in self mill protection and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries is plan B win condition.
