I’ve been wanting to challenge myself to build a commander deck without Sol Ring and when I saw Sarulf spoiled I knew this was my chance. Tried to avoid nonland permanents other than a few mutate creatures that can serve as enchantments on Sarulf that won’t get exiled when he does his thing.
