Based on BigLupu's Arcum Dagsson list. I'm folding this list into the budget tier. Aiming for sub $150. Prices will fluctuate so this price point will not be solid.

1. Activate Arcum Dagsson , sacrificing a dude to fetch out Paradox Engine .
2. Cast anything, hopefully it's a 0CMC dude. Untap Arcum Dagsson .
3. Tap Arcum Dagsson , sacrificing the dude to fetch out Citanul Flute .
4. Tap Citanul Flute , tutoring a 0CMC dude to hand.
5. Cast dude, untapping Arcum Dagsson and Citanul Flute .

Repeat using Citanul Flute to grab 0CMC dudes and Arcum Dagsson to sacrifice them and fetch out Basalt Monolith . On the next iterations, find Myr Retriever and Junk Diver . You can loop these guys with Arcum Dagsson and Paradox Engine for infinite mana tapping Basalt Monolith each time.

In short:

1. Tutor dude with Flute
2. Fetch combo piece with Arcum
3. Cast dude
4. Repeat

Notable exclusions:

• Scrap Trawler - Not used because it only combos with Myr Retriever. We already run three recursion effects, so Scrap Trawler is not needed.
• Walking Ballista - Not friendly to our budget and does the same thing as Goblin Cannon , which is $0.18.
