Cool! A couple suggestions include putting a Visions of Beyond or a Fraying Sanity would be kinda sweet. Also Phenax might be a strong commander.

This is my first mill deck in the commander format. Basically, you want to stall until you can pull out Szadek, Mindcraank, Duskmantle Guilmage, or other draining cards so you can kill people quickly, all you creatures are expendable, you really want to use the instants and sorceries to mill.
