token enchantment

Like Balaam said the list is not "standard" legal, but is legal for the "Pioneer" format if you are trying to figure out what the closest format you are legal for.
Would cut the card A Tale for the Ages as it only affects cards that are "enchanted" meaning you need to run "aura" cards to enchant your creatures.
The card Optimistic Scavenger would be slightly better then running Generous Visitor for the pairing with Calix, Guided by Fate. You can run both, but the Scavenger is slightly better over Visitor as it triggers on enchantments entering and not a cast trigger meaning the tokens created by Calix would give you extra counters.
Some auras you may want to consider running to help synergize with Calix would be:
Sheltered by Ghosts: removal, lifelink, and psudeo protection for your creatures.
Feather of Flight: card draw and flying bonuses
Audacity: Trample and card draw if creature gets removed
These cards all work Great with Calix and get even stronger as you can create copies of them to not only enchant your other creatures to help with getting more damage through easier, but also your other creatures when they attack can now potentially trigger Calix if they can hit the opponent.
Cards I would suggest trimming would be:
Doubling Season: the card is slow and your decks creatures are designed in a way that I think it is counter productive.
Training Regimen: the card is slow and would be better off being one of the earlier mentioned auras more often.
All Will Be One: Not a full remove, but only 2 copies should be enough as it is slwo to get to board and you really need one of your other payoffs on board first.
Now if you wnat to change your self from the small early creatures you are running to something less aggessive and more controlling to help the Alien Invasion card shine more with the Doubling Season then you might want to just cut all the creatures and bring in control options like Day of Judgment, Get Lost, and/or Abrade. Shifting some of your threats to maybe include something likeUrabrask's Forge, Outlaws' Merriment, or any of the planeswalkers that generate tokens like the Elspeth, Storm Slayer. You can also add Ramp options to speed up your deck pacing and fix your mana by using auras like Shimmerwilds Growth or Sorcery cards like Shared Roots. And since you rely on token generation for your creatures with this build then you can get more stable card draw with Caretaker's Talent over the Artist's Talent.
Best of luck with however you decide to proceed with this deck. The card options I tried to provide were in consideration to the Pioneer format conisdering a fair portion of your deck is currently shifted that way.

Fun idea, but without any ramp you will sadly run too slow and will be outpaced by an Ouroboroid deck. To speed up you will likely want to some cards like Llanowar Elves or Spider Manifestation (Leyline Weaver for arena) as some mana dorks. You could also use the Shared Roots to help take you to a 4 drop for turn 3. Another ramp option that fits deck theme would be Herd Heirloom as the card can be use for mana any color and can be a trample enabler and another card draw source.
Might suggest trimming the black from the deck and stick to red green to simplfy mana, but also make it so you don't have as many creatures that have down sides for attacking (Rot-Curse Rakshasa/Sunset Saboteur). Also trimming the Kalakscion, Hunger Tyrant will simplyfy the mana a great deal as you wont need double black pips in a mostly red green deck.
If you are not a fan of removing those cards, then I would maybe suggest some removal like Hunter's Talent as the card starts of as removal and can be leveled up to help give trample for your non tramplers if you don't have Garruk's Uprising on the battlefield. Another option you could use would be Hard-Hitting Question as a 1 mana sorcery, or Bite Down as a decent instant speed interaction (disregard if keeping black for destroy removal).
The weakest cards in your deck look like Kalakscion, Hunger Tyrant and Tumbleweed Rising followed by Tyrox, Saurid Tyrant for being legendary and Rot-Curse Rakshasa due to decay. Not saying you shouldn't use the the 2 drops since they are on brand for your deck, but maybe trimming the legend to 3 copies and same for Rakasha since the graveyard exile function isn't that bad. These would just be the cards I would be looking around removing to make adjustments.

Nice Deck, I would add Sporocyst instead of Shared Roots. 1 more mana, but you draw a card due to defender.

Hey, so I find some time now.
In general, the list looks totally playable. Your mana curve is ok, maybe a little heavy on the 4, considering your commander is a 4-drop itself. I can see you took big parts from the Karlov Manor precon. What you added are many pillowfort cards like Propaganda, which is a good idea considering this is basically a voltron list.
Here's a general overview of what I think you could improve on:
-
The deck is really light on both lands and ramp. Having your land count at around 36 would be good to consistently draw enough lands. I counted eight pieces of ramp, and some of them are 4+ mana. Maybe try to get closer to ten pieces, and add in more cheap ones. Exalted wants you to have many cheap creatures, so adding in some mana dorks would work in your favour by synergizing with Sublime Archangel and similar cards. Cultivate and Kodama's Reach never get old, but Rampant Growth, Farseek and the recent Shared Roots would be great here. Btw, to give your clue strategy more versatility, you could add in Inspiring Statuary.
-
You are also light on removal, both targeted one and boardwipes. Swords to Plowshares, Path to Exile, Stroke of Midnight, Generous Gift and Beast Within are great spells with tons of reprints, so just get some of them. They are great additions. Regarding wipes, Divine Reckoning and Single Combat are very powerful for a holtron strategy, but even something as simple as Day of Judgment would be a great fit.
-
Now to the voltron pieces: The ones you have work fine, but you have few ways to get Rafiq through to deal damage. Aqueous Form and Rancor are easy additions. What's more, you really want to protect Rafiq, so add in some hexproof. Swiftfoot Boots is great here. There are lots of auras like Timely Ward that shield your voltron from death, and even some instant protection would do a fine job for you: Snakeskin Veil, Ranger's Guile and similar cards would be great for that.
Finally, here's a card I like a lot: Angelic Exaltation.
I guess my comment became longer than I planned. If you have questions or don't agree, let me hear it.

For the last few years, I have dove deeply into ramping via lands in commander. I still play an Arcane Signet or two for density's sake, but I've come to appreciate the corner-case complexity of land-ramping without cards designed to do so.
Green gets off easiest, getting a Rampant Growth every once and a while.
White has clearly risen to second best in this field with their Brought Backs and Claim Jumpers, each combining fruitfully with fetchlands and Lotus Field.
However, other colours need to outsource. I've seen discussion around Blue copying fetches with Virtue of Knowledge or simply casting Mitotic Manipulation. Black just got Dai Li Indoctrination. And Red just can't do much.
There's some universal ones: Mirran Safehouse, Surveyor's Scope, Dowsing Dagger Flip, Wayfarer's Bauble, Myriad Landscape, etc....
But what others are out there? I know MTG-Goldfish inspired a lot of these, but it also encouraged me to get creative. So I'm curious what means other people have mustered!
