The deck has a win strategy: use ramp to get Polykranos out early. Drop a sac outlet and let him go to the graveyard. The Golgari colors are excellent at dumping cards into the graveyard, so do that. Then, let Polykranos escape. now you have a 12/12 that can kill anything on the board. Stupendous! But it doesn't end there. use your cards that double plus-one counters, make him even bigger. then fight everything on the board, and kill people.
