I built this deck for two reasons. The first is that I really like the "Splice onto Arcane" mechanic, and the second is that I opened The Unspeakable in a rare repack once upon a time and couldn't find anything to do with it for a while. This is my attempt to make The Unspeakable happen.

This deck doesn't really have any way to win the game in any reasonable fashion. My most common win condition while playing this deck is staying alive until a Capsize lock wins the game for me. I am considering adding a convoluted Time Stop combo, but until then, this is what I've got, so if you like questionable commanders that synergize with questionable -- or at least overcosted -- Magic cards, this is the deck for you.
